In this article, it is emphasized that the process analysis for companies carried out by using DISCO mining program and results are interpreted developed. light of machine worker occupancy information obtained as a result analysis, imbalances, if any, detected. These imbalances resolved arranging job assignments. Another we obtain time elapsed until processing any workpiece on finished. This consists between machines waiting in queue to be processed. The will improved adjusting workload balance transportation times creating best plant layout suitable process. As result, facility factory was made considering functional grouping. study, designed accordance with workflow products. With newly plan, has been determined products can produced covering 50% less transport distance. addition, workers were corrected changes reduced cycle product eliminating bottlenecks at factory.
